Bread: wholemeal toast and crumpets

We also serve fresh fruit and yoghurt

Full fat milk (semi skimmed for 3-5’s where appropriate) or water to drink.

Tea Time Menu

Week 1:

  • Chicken burger in a wholemeal bun with lettuce and tomato – Yoghurt
  • Baked potato with cheese and side salad – Apple crumble and custard
  • Fish cakes, potato shapes and mixed salad – Rice pudding & sultanas
  • Wholemeal pasta in tomato sauce and cucumber/carrot sticks – Honeydew melon
  • Cheese and cucumber sandwiches – banana & custard

Week 2:

  • Baked beans on a wholemeal toast – Yoghurt
  • Tortilla wrap with chicken and sweet peppers, onion and courgette – Rice pudding & tinned fruit
  • Vegetarian sausages with fat chunky oven chips & peas and sweetcorn – Jelly with cream
  • Macaroni cheese bake with side salad and garlic bread – Fruit salad
  • Fish fingers with salsa in finger rolls with cucumbers, lettuce and tomato – Fruit crumble and custard

All spreads used are vegeatble oil based.

No salt is added to foods in the cooking process.
